Howdy, I hope you enjoy viewing my collection of weather artifacts. I define “artifact” in a broad sense including instrument, equipment, and all sorts of printed documentation. My artifacts have been purchased on eBay over the last decade.

I have spent my life in weather now reaching seven decades. It has been a joyful ride. Take a look and see what you can find.

Steve’s Weather Artifacts Collection is a member of the International Meteorological Artifacts Preservation Program (IMAPP).   As a group we hope to advance the acquisition, preservation, and presentation of weather history.  Check out the IMAPP website at:

I’d love to hear from you! Please use the comment page and I’ll get back to you as quickly as these old bones will allow.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning – the first day. Genesis 1: 1-5
